Back of the Moon (her company name) grew out of my love of textiles. I was born and raised on the prairies of Saskatchewan and it was in Vancouver that I qualified as a graphic designer.

Throughout all the distractions of life, my attraction to fabric remains unbroken. Back of the Moon allows me to create expressions inspired by my roots, using a medium I adore. I hand dye and individually block print each piece and use only 100% natural fibres. I use the finest French paints and dyes with a low impact on our environment. It is through this process, that each piece is truly unique with complete freedom of color, image and expression.
