Elena was born in 1960 and graduated from music college and conservatory in Ekaterinburg, Russia. For over 20 years she has taught music subjects in music schools and conservatories. Elena has a PHD in music and has written about Russian old church music. Since 2002, she has been making hand painted silk scarves.
