Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 10am - 9pm
Saturday 10am - 7pm
Sunday 10am – 5pm

APPLICATION DEADLINE
Processing of applications begins at the end of February and continues until the Show fills. Some craft categories fill quickly, so early application is highly recommended.

A corner booth is an additional $300.00. Corner booths are allocated at our discretion. Our GST registration number is R123081663. All fees are subject to GST.

BOOTHS
All booths will be draped with white curtains and supplied with 750 watts of power per single booth. Aisles will be carpeted.

• Limited free storage available behind most booths
• Booth Sitting service by our staff for a nominal charge
• Hotel discounts for exhibitors

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be the designer, creator and producer of the craft sold at the Show. Only art and craft made by the applicant will be considered. All work will be judged for quality, uniqueness, salability and the overall balance of craft categories in the Show. Accepted artisans must be present at the Show. These requirements are part of the contract you will be asked to sign upon acceptance.

DECLARATION OF AUTHENTICITY
All applicants must submit a short (one page maximum) explanation of the processes and their involvement in producing the crafts that are to be exhibited.
originals and reproductions: only in certain circumstances will we allow molded pieces or reproductions.
prints: all prints must be numbered and hand pulled.


ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
In addition to newspaper, magazine and TV advertisements, there will be flyers, television and radio interviews, printed articles and a direct-mail campaign. Your cooperation is requested if you are contacted for an interview by either the media or a publicist.

Our publicists get the best results with digital photos (jpeg format). Please send them by cd, email or contact us for more information. Even if you have sent us photos in the past, new photos (ideally, of new work) are important to maintain media interest. We cannot guarantee that your work will be featured in the press, but great photos certainly increase your chances.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Complete the application form (go to link) in full and enclose the following:
• five (5) clear photos or slides of work - no polaroids
• deposit cheque for $100, made payable to Pacific Canadian Craft Shows
• photo or diagram of your booth display
• description of work - everything you plan to sell at the Show must be mentioned.
• food and soap applicants please include samples
• personal resume detailing education, experience, special awards, etc. Include details of your work, its technique, your inspiration, and highlight any aspects that will attract media interest.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS
The deposits of successful applicants will be applied to their booth fees. If accepted, you will be mailed two copies of our contract, one of which you will be required to sign and return to us by the date set out in the contract together with a further payment of $300 per single booth. You should also enclose with the contract two post-dated cheques for August 1st and September 1st 2004 for, in total, the remainder of the booth fee. Any returned cheques will be subject to a $25 service charge.

If you are accepted and choose not to participate, your deposit will be forfeited. Unsuccessful applicants will have their deposit returned. For further information, please call or write:
